Acceptance for NEET & JEE Mains in India

Yes, if the student has successfully completed IGCSE in Grade 10 and then successfully completed or are in a phase of studying HSC/ISC/CBSE, A-Level, IBDP or Equivalent Qualification in India in/during Grade 11/12, provided they meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective examination authorities and also have chosen the right subjects that meet the eligibility criteria.

Assessment Method

Examinations: Final Examinations are the Primary mode of Assessment., that include MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions), Essay- Type Questions and Short- Answer Questions. Student’s Knowledge, Ability & Capacity of Applying Concepts in various situations and Understanding is tested herewith.

Coursework and Practical Assessments

These form an integral part as there are certain subjects where practical skills are essential, such as science and art. These contribute to the final grade and allow students to demonstrate their skills in a real-world or laboratory context.

Hoosing the Subjects: There are five Subject Groups in IGCSE with several subjects to choose from, in each group:
Group 1
Languages (First Language, Second Language, Foreign Language, etc).
Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography, English Literature, History, etc)
Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc)
Mathematics (Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, etc)
Creative, Technical & Vocational (Accounting, Business Studies, Computer Studies, Music, etc)
The certificate indicates the grades scored for each and every subject rather than pass or fail. Five scores of ‘C’ or higher indicates a students readiness to pursue +2 level qualifications, like the Class 12 CBSE,ISC, IB Diploma, Advanced Placement Diploma (US), etc.

Selection from five curriculum area: Cambridge ICE is awarded to the students who choose at least seven subjects from the five IGCSE curriculum areas. The subjects selected must include two (different) languages from Group I and One subject from each of Groups II, III, IV and V. The seventh and eighth subjects can be opted from any of the subject groups II-V.
